Built from scratch at Lunit: the domain model and database schema for pathology assets such as whole-slide images, tissue microarrays, cores, and staining information. Now used across three teams.
What I built
- Built the oncology data management platform from scratch, designing the domain model and database schema for pathology assets such as whole-slide images, tissue microarrays, cores, and staining information; now used across three teams.
- Maintained the slide annotation system that produces the labeled training data behind Lunit's oncology models, supporting more than a million annotations across hundreds of thousands of slides.
- Improved observability by creating Grafana dashboards, reducing time to diagnose production issues.
